March 17th marks the annual celebration of St. Patrick's Day. Traditionally associated with the religious feast of Ireland's Patron saint, this holiday has evolved with time into a holiday dedicated to celebrating Irish culture, tradition, history, identity and diaspora. Today, St. Patrick's Day is celebrated not only in Ireland but across the globe.
But did you know that St. Patrick isn't just the patron saint of Ireland? He also holds that title for Nigeria and Montserrat!
At 3C Global, we also have an interesting connection to St. Patrick, not just because we work with recruiters, businesses, and contractors across Ireland but also because our company was founded in Armagh, where St. Patrick established its base.
Monday, March 17th, is a public holiday in Ireland, so our Irish & UK offices will be closed, reopening as usual on Tuesday, March 18th.
Outward contractor payments will be processed as usual on Friday, March 14th.
Please be aware that those contractors paid from our Irish bank may also experience a delay in clearing times due to the public holiday.
All new contract queries on the 17th will be handled by our Dutch office until 17:00 CET/16:00 GMT.
